CALL FOR INTERVENTION: HOW THE WARRI SOUTH HPM/ES AND EDUCATION MINISTRY STEALING THE SALARIES OF NEWLY EMPLOYED TEACHERS.
It as become necessary that we draw the attention of His Excellency, RT Hon Sheriff Oborevwori the Executive governor of the State to the current tension rising in Warri South Delta State. Sir the newly employed teachers which your administration used to give Deltan a relief that you are committed to fulfilling your promises made to Deltans, the present leadership of Warri South has decided to give you a bad name and making your efforts useless.
Sir, this people in their various meetings here in Warri South, as vow to ensure that they created problem for you so that the people of Warri South who massively voted for you in the past election we see reasons not to give you their mandates again. The HPM/ES and his co stealers are set to create more problem for your administration which all Deltans have a judge the best in the past 8 years. Sir it will interest you to know that the teachers employed since October last year, with employment letter dated 10th October 2023, many in that same month resumed work in their various postings, sir till date the Warri South HPM and ES, their leadership as refused to pay this teachers their six (6) months salaries. From the six (6) salaries owed to this teachers, the Warri South HPM/ES manage to pay 2 months, telling the teachers to forget the balance 4 months salaries because even you the governor had your own fair share from the balance 4 months salaries they are holding back from this teachers.
Sir Warri South as become the worst local government areas were any person can carry out their personal decisions, without considering it effects on the people and your administration. We are also aware that the present head of the education board is threatening the newly employed teachers that if they speak to anybody on this issue about the 4 months salaries that they have decided to collect and shared among themselves such a teacher will be sacked or face the worst frustration of his or her life. Sir we call on you to intervene quickly because this is another politically motivated and calculated sponsored attack on your administration to paint it bad before Deltans and Warri South citizens.
We decided to expose this current wickedness in Warri South to prevent further act of such that will put your good deed towards Deltans in bad light. Already the are boasting that nothing will happen, that heaven will not fall if they refuse to pay this teachers their owed salaries.
